BEN LAMB
Lead Pastor
Along with a small group of people, Ben launched GracePoint in 2009. He is passionate to create a church that unchurched people love to attend. Along with preaching, he sets the overall pace and direction of the church by providing the vision and leadership of GracePoint. He has an unhealthy addiction to Dateline and 48 Hours. He also loves rocking out to Avicii, Imagine Dragons, and David Crowder.
Due to the volume of e-mails Ben receives daily, any correspondence may be read and managed by our Administrator.
DAVID DALBY
Worship Pastor
David shares a sincere heart for all forms of worship especially music. His musical journey began in his early teens. His most commonly played instruments include guitar, keyboard, drums and even some stringed instruments. Alongside musical instruments he shares a passion for singing and songwriting. David enjoys spending time with his fiancé and family as well as his pug Rupert. He also enjoys hiking, exercising and counterintuitively eating tacos.
ETHAN MICHAELS
Youth Pastor
Ethan has had a heart for students for the longest time. God put the love for youth on his heart at a young age and it has never faded. Ethan oversees all students grade 6th - 12th. In his free time he enjoys an endless amount of YouTube, scrolling social media, playing video games, golfing with friends, or working out. He loves spending time with his wife Lauren, along with family and friends whenever he gets the chance.
JILL NUNLEY
GP Kids Director
Jill oversees the children’s experience at GracePoint to ensure every kid is begging their parents to bring them back to church! She is married to the love of her life, Bill, and is the mother to two amazing kids, Molly and Liam. She is also madly in love with her 120-pound Great Dane named Kiedis. She’s been attending GP since 2011 and has been on staff since 2012. Fun fact: Jill is obsessed with tattoo shops and could spend hours getting new work done!
ALISA HERROLD
GP Kids Production Director
Alisa oversees all aspects of production on Sunday with GP Kids and leads the elementary area. She is passionate about creating environments where kids grow closer to Jesus. Alisa is married to her best friend Phil and enjoys being outside with her two adorable children, Quintin and Crusoe, on their farm. She also loves salsa dancing and fulfilling her bucket list of travel and new adventures.
ERIN MARTIN
GP Kids Pre-School Director
Erin oversees the pre-school experience to ensure every child birth through five years old feels safe and loved. She is an awesome mom to two amazing children named Olivia and Cayden and is married to her incredible husband Josh. They live on a farm with their cows, pigs, and chickens.
CINDY HALL
Director Of Operations
Cindy is responsible for the overall administrative life of the church, including accounting, organization, and coordinating the administrative functions of GracePoint. She is obsessed with her iPad and binge watches documentaries. But, more than anything, Cindy loves being a grandma to three awesome girls named Emma, Carter, and Hadley as well as her grandson Rex!
MEG WILCOX
Communications Director
Meg is the liaison between the church and the community. Along with handling many forms of communication, she ensures that any comments and questions are addressed as soon as possible. When not working, Meg loves to spend time hiking and making memories with her husband Matthew. She also loves make the most colorful salads possible. Meg cannot leave the house without her sunglasses and Burt's Bees chapstick!
JUSTIN PIOTROWICZ
Creative Arts Director
Justin is part of the worship team using technology along side videos to create an immersive and distraction free worship experience. He leads a group of volunteers that creates our production teams that run our Sunday experience every week! Justin loves to spend time with his wife, his kids, in his free time he enjoys cars, motorcycles, cameras and spending time with his family. He runs a photography business with his wife Loren. He’s always smiling, cracking jokes and ready to have fun!
